The Parisian luxury brand joins the likes of Balmain, Karl Lagerfeld, Lanvin and Stella McCartney, who are a few designers who have been a part of H&M’s past holiday collaborations.
Fashion houses announce limited edition collaboration
Hennes & Mauritz also known as H&M has announced its limited-edition line for the Parisian luxury brand, Kenzo. The collaboration is expected to drop in stores on November 3 this year.
According to Ann-Sofie Johansson, creative advisor at H&M, "We can't wait to share with everyone the world of KENZO x H&M, with all of its creativity, fun and love of fashion," The Swedish retail brand revealed the collaboration would include menswear, womenswear and a selection of accessories.
Kenzo, which is headed by Humberto Leon and Carol Lim, follows in the way of some of the industry's most reputable fashion houses, including Isabel Marant, Alexander Wang, Matthew Williamson, Marni, Karl Lagerfeld and most recently, Balmain.
"With this collaboration with H&M we want to think big, push the boundaries and bring the new energy of KENZO to everyone around the world," said Lim and Leon. In addition, the capsule collection will hit 250 H&M stores worldwide and go online.
