Ric Hassani celebrated the release of his album with an event held at Eve restaurant & lounge, Victoria Island.

Friends, family and the media trooped into the venue as he played an exclusive set live from the project. Among the guests in attendance were Yung L, DJ Lambo, Bez, Rich Tanksley, Okey Uzoeshi, Akah Nnani, Zed Eye, Faith History, Ifan, Tjan and many more.

The singer who broke through in 2016 with his record ‘Gentleman’, has finally come good with a body of work to mark this time, and provide fans with new music.

Ric Hassani featured artists such as MI, Yung L, Johnny Drille, Tjan, Tay Grin, Sonyezo, CC Johnson, Mumba Yachi, Cabo Snoop, Nomsy, Excellente on the project.

The African Gentleman deftly blends soulful vocals on Pop music progressions, with local African percussion instruments like the ‘Log Drum’ (or Krin) and the Shaker more popularly known as the “Shekere”, acoustic instruments, and string orchestra instruments like the violin, viola, cello, double bass, and Flute.
