Education Minister Has Been Given The Axe!
Sources available to Student Pulse reveal that the Education Minister, Mrs Ruqqayatu Rufai has been removed from her position alongside other ministers including the Minister of State for Power, Zainab Kunchi ; Minister of State for Agriculture, Buka Tijani; Shamsudeen Usman (Minister for National Planning); Ita Okon (Minister for Science and Technology); Olugbenga Ashiru (Minister For Foreign Affairs); Ama Pepple (Minister for Lands) and Hadiza Mailafia (Minister for Environment). This new twist of events was expected to happen owing to the fact that President Goodluck Jonathan was has long thought of reshuffling his cabinet due to their inability to perform their duties effectively.
