Church of England officials say Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby is down with pneumonia.

According to reports from officials, the church leader is resting at home after he had earlier cancelled his Christmas day sermon about the true meaning of the holiday and instead posted his sermon on the Internet.

A separate homily was delivered by Dean of Canterbury, Robert Willis.

Lambeth Palace officials thanked the public for thoughts and prayers on Welby's behalf.
