Gunmen kidnap former environment minister, husband
Mallam was abducted along with her husband, Pius in the Kagarko Local Government Area of Kaduna on Monday.

According to reports, Mrs Mallam was abducted along with her husband, Pius in the Jere area of the Kagarko Local Government Area of Kaduna State on Monday, October 3.
They were reportedly kidnapped at about 7pm while returning to Kaduna from Abuja.
The kidnappers are also said to have reached the family and demanded a N10 million ransom.
