The 2011 edition of Big Brother Africa ended with Nigerian actress and model, Karen Igho, emerging the winner.
After an entertaining 91 days in the house with 26 housemates from 14 different African countries, Igho emerged winner alongside Wendall Robert Parson from Zimbabwe.
Igho beat finalists Luclay, Lomwe, Sharon O, Hanni, and Vina to win the prize with votes from six countries - Nigeria, Angola, Ghana, Mozambique, Tanzania, and the rest of Africa.
The actress has featured in movies like "Keeping My Man," "Tinsel," "Omo Ghetto" among others.
M-Net CEO, Yolisa Phahle, has revealed that there are no plans for the hit TV show this year 2016. In 2015, the show was also put on hold by the producers, M-Net and Endemol, reportedly for lack of sponsors.
