The Sunday, January 29, Live show stared with the fake eviction of Marvis and Tboss. Biggie instructed the two nervous housemates to wait in the arena for further instructions.

As promised, two new housemates joined the house - Debie-Rise and Bassey. '

A self-professed tomboy. Debie-Rise studied Computer Science. She participated and took the second spot in the Nigerian Idol reality show.

She speaks both Yoruba and Hausa, plays football, loves  dancing and Taekwondo. She’s a bonafide fitness freak who dreams of being a part of Nollywood someday.

The 14th housemate to join the house is Bassey, who comes from a large family but sadly lost his mom seven years ago.

He learnt to fend for himself from a young age and later studied Theatre Arts at The University of Calabar with Acting as his major.

He is single and believes professions of love that aren’t backed up by deeds are pointless. He loves interacting with other gifted people.

While Debbie received a cold welcome from the housemates, Bassey was warmly welcomed.

Finally, Marvis and Tboss were informed that the eviction was a fake one and they were safe to return to the house. This week will be the start of the official nominations and the first housemate (s) will be evicted on Sunday February 5, 2017.

The reality series which will run for 78 days is hosted by Nigerian lawyer and media personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, who was a housemate in the maiden edition of the show, 10 years ago.
