Do you agree with Tiwa Savage that man is the head of the home?

Tiwa Savage might just have made the controversial gender equality topic more complicated with her own views.

When Tiwa Savage granted an interview on "The Midday Show" with The Beat FM's Toolz some few days ago on the topic of men and women not being equal, she probably knew the commotion she was about to cause.

Tiwa Savage was of the opinion that no matter how successful a woman is in her business or career when she gets home, the man is the head of the home.

"I know I’ll ruffle a few feathers but I also don’t think men and women are equal, I don’t think that’s how God created us that way… especially in the household anyway.

"So I think as females when we realize that yeah we can be strong in our career, but when we are home we have to realize that the man is the head of the house," Tiwa said.

She definitely bruised the ego of all those promoting gender equality and feminists all over the world.

From inception, it has always been said that the man is the head of the family but in recent times, there has been a lot of narrative for equality not just in the home but around the world..

However, every home differs in the mood by which they operate, the man can decide to be the chef while the wife is away and also the man can decide to be the master and only sits to wait for the wife to bring dinner to his table.
