Items from late TV star NYC penthouse goes on auction

All items belonging to late Joan River from her Manhattan penthouse are about to be auction off.

Joan Rivers $28 million New York City penthouse was bought over by Muhammad bin Fahd, the son of the late King Fahd and the former governor of the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Joan Rivers,  lived a luxurious life and lavished a lot of money into the decoration of her home in an ornate fashion.

More than 20 items belonging to the TV personality from her Manhattan Penthouse ranging from art, furniture, jewelry, and costumes will go to the highest bidder and a portion of the proceeds will go to 2 charities.

Notable items include an Edouard Vuillard painting -- expected to fetch $180,000 ... and an 18k gold and diamond watch for $10,000, 80 of the items will be sold online from June 16-23, while the rest will go in a live auction on Wednesday, June 22, 2016.

Joan, who passed away in September 4, 2014 from a surgery gone wrong once described the condo as 'where Marie Antoinette would have lived if she had the money.'
