Vladimir Putin is dating Rupert Murdoch’s ex-wife, Wendi Deng

According to rumours at the corridors of power around the world, Vladimir Putin and Wendi Deng, Rupert Murdoch’s ex-wife, are dating.

Reports of the affair have been floating around for years, ever since their respective divorces in 2014 and 2013. A source close to the leader tells Us Weekly the relationship is “serious.”

The Russian president, 63, dissolved his marriage of 30 years with Lyudmila Putina in April 2014. The couple have two daughters together, Maria, 30, and Yekaterina, 29.

47-year-old Deng's marriage was also ended when her ex-husband, Rupert Murdoch, 85, filed for divorce after 14 years of marriage in June 2013 after he reportedly grew suspicious of her relationship with former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, an allegation which was strongly denied by a spokesperson of the ex-PM.

Following Lyudmila and Putin’s split, the president was rumored to be dating Russian gymnast Alina Kabaeva. Putin was often featured in European gossip sites after Kabaeva stepped out in early 2015 looking “fuller,” sparking rumors that she was pregnant. This report was quashed also.

It now appears that the President has finally found someone to be with in Wendi Deng, 47.

Deng has yet to be spotted looking romantic with the Russian leader, she was seen boarding her pal Roman Abramovich's yacht in St. Bart’s on Monday, March 28. Abramovich also happens to be friends with Putin.
