Bimbo Akintola was born on May 5 to a father from Oyo State and a mother from Edo State. She had her primary education at Maryland Convent Private School, Maryland, Lagos State and then proceeded to Command Day Secondary School, Lagos.
She earned a degree in Theater Arts from University of Ibadan.
Akintola then went on to the University of Lagos where she studied Creative Arts.

Sought-after Nollywood actress Mary Lazarus Lazarus is from Abia State in south eastern Nigeria. She studied Geography at the University of Ibadan and gave up her white-collar job a couple of years back to pursue a career in modelling and acting.
She started acting in 2009 after Gbenro Ajibade introduced her to the director of “Waiting Years".
Since then, she has starred in several productions including "Blackberry Babes", "Tinsel", "Super Story", "Shadows" and "Married But Living Single".
