Apple's latest flagship reportedly gives off a 'hissing sound'

There seems to be a hissing sound that comes from the iPhones when the processors are "being pushed to the limit."

However, some early users have already started reporting concerns with the phone. According to Stephen Hackett from 512 Pixels, there seems to be a hissing sound that comes from the iPhones when the processors are "being pushed to the limit."

Hackett says when he spoke to AppleCare about the issue, he was offered a replacement. Still, this is not entirely new to the Apple lineup - other iPhone models have also been reported to have the same issue.

There is no information to confirm how many new iPhones give off this hissing sound at the time of writing this article or which of the hardware components are responsible for the sound.

Apart from the speakers and microphone, there shouldn't be anything else giving off audible sound. Nevertheless, some people think the issue could be caused by an RF Transmitter or probable interference with the speaker system. Apple is yet to comment on this.

Apple launched its newest flagship smartphone two week ago. The new iPhone did not have the century-old 3.5mm headphone jack - something that the Cupertino-based company has received a lot of backlash for.
