Raimi's grass to grace story
Raimi, who was crowned ‘Miss World Nigeria 2025' during the grand finale held on Friday, April 4, at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, has once shared her story of growing up without a mother and facing harassment from her caregiver.
In her words, “I was intimidated and harassed by my caregiver who was supposed to stand in as my mother.”
“She told me I would never amount to anything. But I am here today on this world stage doing what I know how to do best. Whatever God has destined you to be, nobody can say otherwise.”
