Meanwhile, the Abuja Federal High Court, also on Thursday, permitted the DSS to detain Ubah for 14 more days.

Chairman of Capital Oil, Ifeanyi Ubah

The ruling was given by presiding judge, Justice Mohammed Idris on Thursday, May 25.

Presiding judge, Justice Yusuf Halilu reached the decision after an ex-parte application was made by DSS lawyer, Mr. G.O.A. Agbadua to that effect.
