The mystery ingredient is called Oud (sometimes referred to as Oudh, Aoud or Agarwood). Its is an extremely rich and resinous substance which real takes hundred of years to rot properly. Oud oil was used by the Ancient Egyptians and mentioned in the Bible’s Song of Solomon.
Real oud is exceptionally expensive; people in the Middle East pay about $15,000 for a kilo.
Due to its rarity, high demand, and the difficulty of harvesting it, oud oil is perhaps the most expensive oil in the world. it is sometimes referred to as 'liquid gold'.
Wealth has a particular smell, if you want to achieve that rich man scent purchase in perfumes that are made with oud or at least synthetic oud. They dont come cheap but smell is seductive and long lasting.
