The Minister of Health, Professor Isaac Adewole has named eight states that are currently Lassa fever hotspots in Nigeria.
These are the 8 worst affected states
Adewole also said that 212 cases of the disease had been recorded in 17 states of the federation.

He made the disclosure in Abuja on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, during an Emergency National Council on Health meeting.
