MTV has just announced the nominees for the 2014 MTV Movie Awards with "American Hustle" and "The Wolf of Wall Street" leading the pack with eight nominations each.Closely following behind is box-office smash "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" with seven nods and the hilarious comedy "We're the Millers" with six.

12 Years A Slave super star Lupita Nyong'O got one solid nod for Best Female Performance.Oh wait! There are other crazy categories included like: who will duke it out for best kiss?Jennifer Lawrence and Amy Adams(American Hustle) will have to beat out some tough competition with two threesomes in the running for the coveted honor - James Franco, Ashley Benson and Vanessa Hudgens in Spring Breakers and Emma Roberts, Jennifer Aniston and Will Poulter from "We’re the Millers."Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto might get Best On-Screen Transformation while Ice Cube and Kevin Hart are up for Best Comedic Performance. Late-night funny man Conan O'Brien will host the annual ceremony, which will be broadcast live from L.A. Live's Nokia Theatre on April 13 at 9 p.m. PT/ET on MTV.
