The comedian’s publicist Bishop Adejugbe told NET why Julius Agwu embarked on the charitable drive.
“This gesture is in line with the vision and mission of Julius Agwu Foundation Inc. worldwide with our motto being For God & Humanity” said Bishop Adejugbe who doubles as the COO of the Julius Agwu Foundation.
“We chose to give back to a community that has been very supportive of our [Nigerian] community and businesses in the United States.
"This community is a home to probably the highest concentration of people of Nigerian descent in the State of Georgia, and it may also interest you to know that we have the only officially recognized Yoruba traditional ruler in the US HRM with staff of office from the Mayor of Riverdale resides in the City of Riverdale” he further said.
Last week it was revealed that Julius Agwu donated the sum of $35,000 to ailing singer Alariwo who needs $130,000 for surgery abroad for his Varicocele surgery in America.
