According to gossip site, TMZ, the couple is sharing the expenses 50/50.
The Hollywood couple's new home is a 7119 square feet mansion that even has a waterfall pool. It also comes along with a sprawling 5-bedrooms and 8-bathrooms.
The timing is perfect -- they just celebrated 5 years of love. And the plot thickens, because Rosie's been sporting what looks like an engagement ring since December, reports the site.
