It's the latest in a series of physical changes, that included a laryngeal shave to smooth out his Adam's Apple.

Bruce Jennner's transformation into a woman is in full gear after reports say he did a nose job few weeks ago to help his face become more feminine.

According to TMZ, sources told them his goal is to “soften” his features and make his nose look more feminine.

It's the latest in a series of physical changes, that included a laryngeal shave to smooth out his Adam's Apple.

We previously reported that the former Olympic champ has also been undergoing hormone treatments as well as therapy for the transformation, something he's been doing for years.

We also reported that he allegedly did a surgery to cut off his penis and replace it with an artificial vagina.

Bruce is still expected to talk about his gender change with Diane Sawyer in May despite E! Network claiming documentary showing the entire transition process may not hit the television! But could become a spin off of the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians'.
