Comedian says he spends N4m on fuel because of PHCN

The famous funny man says he spends N360, 000 per month to fuel his generator.

As many people bemoan the state of power supply in the country, popular stand up and TV comedian Basketmouth has come out to highlight the poor level of electricity in Nigeria.

In a tweet he posted on the 16th of March, 2015 the comedian mentioned the amount of money he spends on fuel per week, and annually. According to him, he spends N360, 000 per month to fuel his generator, which leads up to over 4 million Naira annually.

"N360k a month to power my gen,which comes to N4,320m a year,well PHCN gives us light like 3 times a month so my calculation is not correct" he tweeted.

Basket Mouth went on to give a shout out to PHCN on Instagram by posting a pitch black photo.
