Emmanuel Ige, yana bada shawara cêwa ya kamata mutane, hatta maʼaikatan gwamnati , su fara motsan jiki ko da yaushe domin ƙarin lafiyan jikin su.

Ige ya yi magana da hukumar ʼyan jaridan Najeriya (NAN) a garin Ado-Ekiti. Ya yi bayani cewa, motsan jiki magani ne mai kyau, wanda yake sabunta da jiki. Ya bayyana amfanin ayyuka masu dacewa da jiki. Ya ce, motsan jiki yana ƙara ƙarfin aiki.

Ya shawarce maʼaikatan gwamnati, maʼaikaci da kuma mutane, su yi motsan jiki na minti talatin a kowane rana domin ƙarin dacewan su da lafiyan jiki. Ige ya ce “Motsan jiki zai sa maʼaikaci su kai iyakan yiwuwar su, kuma waɗanda  suke motsan jiki basu rashin lafiya kamar marar motsan jiki.”

“Yawancin maʼaikaci za su yi tasiri yanda ya kamata a offishinsu idan sun dukufa lokaci na musamman ga motsan jiki kai a kai.”

Ya yi bayani haka:

"Motsan jiki yana taimakon maʼaikaci wajen rage yawan gajiya na jiki, kuma yana ƙauda wani tashin hankali wanda tunani ya ke janyo.”

" Maʼaikacin da basu da tashin hankali, suna mayar da hankali ga aiki. Wannan manufi ne cewa za su taimaka sosai wajen haɗa gwiwa domin cika aiki."

"Motsan jiki yana sa maʼaikaci ya ji karfin amincewa da kan sa, saran kai, da kuma ƙarin tsare-tsare na hanyar zama kwararren maikaci.
