2. Protein Bar or Chewing gum: When you get into the groove, you need to keep your energy level up and nothing does that faster than a protein bar. Though the protein bar is a healthier choice for the party girl, most people have said they would rather have chewing gum than protein bar as it is a tried and tested means of keeping their energy level up. Find whatever works for you and light your night up.

3.
