The amount is derived from the current exchange rate of N360 to the dollar.

The pay excludes win bonuses and other compensation for qualifying for national and international tournaments.
Though most of the payments are usually supported by corporations and companies, his monthly salary is equivalent to the official annual salary of the Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari.
The Nigerian president and vice president earn N14 million and N12.1 million annually with monthly take home of N252,000 and N168,000 respectively, according to Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), remuneration package for political, public and judicial office holders (Feb. 2007 - to date) seen by Business Insider Sub-Saharan Africa.
Rohr's contract was renewed for another two years before the expiration of the first contract in November 2017.
The Super Eagles coach will continue earn N16.9 million monthly for the next two years and he is expected to take the African football team through various qualifying series and the Cup of Nations tournaments.
