These 66 Nigerian politicians have been listed as corrupt by the ruling and opposition parties

Both the All Progressive Congress and the Peoples Democratic Party have been locked in a bitter feud over the political party with most corrupt members.

Following the decision of President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration to rid Nigeria off corruption as well as corrupt politicians, 66 Nigerian politicians have been labelled corrupt by the country's ruling and opposition parties.

The ruling party, APC, has consistently heaps the blame of the rot in the Nigerian economy on the opposition party, PDP at every given opportunity.

Reacting, the opposition party, PDP, insists that the corrupt politicians in the country have merely dumped the opposition for the ruling party.

The reaction and counter-reaction

In March 2018, the Nigeria's opposition party challenged the President Muhammadu Buhari-led government to publish the list of looters in the country after so much threat.

Responding, the Nigeria's information minister, released a teaser list of alleged corrupt Nigerian politicians that included the current chairman of the opposition party amidst other former executive members of the party.

In the same vein, the opposition party responded with it's list of the corrupt Nigerian politicians with the Senate President, top ministers and serving lawmakers included.
