Try these foods to get rid of constipation

There are natural ways to tackle constipation without using laxatives or inducing bowel movement in unhealthy ways.

 

Regular bowel movement is essentially for a healthy living. When constipated uneasy feelings, hardened faeces and general discomfort becomes the order with bloatness setting in disrupting the entire stomach and (in some people) digestive system but there are ways to get rid of it using common food items.

1. Lemon

Lemon works to stimulate and cleanse the internal organs especially the intestine. Add lemon juice to your daily glasses of water. Make sure to do this in moderation.

2. Coconut water

Coconut water works well to keep the body hydrated and its best for people who would rather water is flavoured/not bland. It also helps clean out the digestive system.

3. Apples

Apples help to stimulate the bowels. Eat a whole apple everyday to add fibre to your diet making bowel movement come with ease.

Instead of popping pills to tackle constipation, there are everyday foods you ignore that work well as laxative to ease the discomfort that accompanies the feeling. Check on them.
