Civil servant caught on tape while having sex in council office

News reports have revealed disturbing images showing a civil servant having sex with a woman in the council office of a government building.

The civil servant was revealed to be the Chief Systems engineer, Miguel Medina, with the woman simply identified as an ex-government employee.

CCTV  images show the man having sex in different raunchy positions in his office as well as in other rooms within the council building.

Offended citizens have reported the issue to the Governor, Víctor Hugo Vasquez, but are yet to receive an official statement on the occurence.

Following the lack of response, the images were then leaked on Facebook and have long gone viral.
