Nigerian Grooms New Look- The White Suit

In the last year, three major celebrity weddings have taken place with the grooms all wearing white suits.

Mercy Johnson, ace Nigerian actress got married in August of 2011. Her wedding started this trend with her husband, Prince Odi Okogie. He wore a cream colored suit with gold embroidered details along the lapel. The suit had some potential but he didn't quite pull it off so smoothly.

Next came Nigeria's darling actress and model, Stephanie Okereke and her husband, Linus Idahosa. He looked well put together in his pure white suit  and waistcoat; which had no other attachments. It was a clean, smooth look for the groom.

Shortly after we had another entry from our very own playboy and badboy, Chidi Mokeme. On his wedding, he wore a white suit and finished it off nicely with a wine colored bow tie and waist band. He also pulled off the white suit look perfectly.

So if you are a groom-to-be, then you should take a cue from these celeb grooms and try the white look on your wedding day.
