A dating app reveals how your resume may catch her eye.
After analyzing data from their 2.9 million users, Happn—a dating app that uses your location to find people you’ve crossed paths with—has discovered the professions women are most attracted to, reports Mashable.
Are we really that surprised that lawyers topped the list for both men and women?
They’re well-educated, ambitious, typically wear well-tailored suits, and make lots of money.
Following lawyers, women “crushed”—Happn’s version of liking someone—analysts (what does this even mean, really?) engineers (we get it, they can be pretty good with their hands), salesmen (again with the suits), and doctors (shocker!) the most.
No worries if you'd rather not go back to school to land a date (or become someone your parents are actually proud of).
Plus, keep in mind that this was just one dating app—it doesn’t necessarily represent the interests of every woman you meet.
If you feel like you’re struggling to catch her eye, there are plenty of things you can do to make yourself more attractive to women that don’t involve your career—these 18 science-backed strategies are a good place to start.
