Daniel Sobhani, CEO of Freeletics, stopped by the Men’s Health Rec Room to talk about the Freeletics workout app and share his favorite piece of advice for getting a workout in despite a busy schedule.

“Make it as frictionless as possible,” says Sobhani, who built an entire gym in the Freeletics office to make it as easy as possible for Freeletics employees to stay on track with their fitness goals.

For those of use who don’t have a bench press next to the water fountain, Sobhani explains the one simple principle that will ensure you’re always equipped to get your sweat on.
