1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup Zico brand pure coconut water
1 cup water
1 cup mango, cubed
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
In a bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, coconut water, and water. Cover, place the bowl in the refrigerator, and let sit overnight.
In the morning, microwave the mixture for 1-1/2 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached.
Top with mango and shredded coconut. Serve warm.
