Universal's Jurassic World has emerged biggest U.S debut after roaring a record $208.8 million debut in North America at the debut weekend.

The figure has been named the biggest of all time by Box Office throwing behind it with a total of $16m, with $11m, with $7.3m, with 5.9m and with $4.3m in the first weekend of debut.

Netting a staggering $524 million globally in the first weekend, Jurassic World  has rescued the action-adventure franchise from the brink of extinction 22 years after Steven Spielberg's  first hit theaters.

According to reports, the number of viewers at the theatres to watch the $150 million tentpole was bigger by Sunday, June 14, 2015 and not even the competition from the NBA championship game could stop it from stomping to biggest U.S debut ever.
