According to a report by TMZ, Hammer, who is famous for been the team's biggest fan, flew into Cleveland from Oakland on a sick private jet to party with the NBA champions moments after they won the NBA championship!
The report further claimed that an excited Hammer joined Steph Curry, Draymond Green and the rest of the crew to celebrate the team's first title in 40 years.
