The estate, which was a former Provençal village with more than 12 buildings on an expanse of land situated just 17 miles from Saint-Tropez, is going for sale alongside Depp’s furniture, DVDs, books and art.

According to Wall Street Journal, the Hollywood actor has listed the 37-acre estate which he purchased in 2001 among properties to up for sale under Côte d’Azur Sotheby’s International Realty.
Sources disclosed that the estate whose structures dates back to the early 19th century when purchased was renovated by the actor who turned it around into a 4,300-square-feet with five bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms and an art studio with a whopping $10 million.
The estate also boasts of a guest house, which formerly housed a church, several other cottages for guests, a restaurant with a full kitchen, a laundry building, two swimming pools, a skate park with a half-pipe and a gym.
