Despite rumours that he was on the run following the shutdown of his restaurant, Chocolat Royale boss, Amin Mousalli is very much around.

Mousalli, who also owns Cool FM and other media outfits, posed for a photo with music star, D’banj on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, which the latter shared on Instagram today, June 18.

D’banj captioned the photo:

“Great Day yesterday ... With the Boss of coolfm wazobiafm cooltvnigeria wazobiatvnigeria looking Stylish like a Super Star”

The popular restaurant and confectionery was shut down by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration (NAFDAC) following reports that staff had been cooking with expired products.

Subsequently, online news platform, The City reporters alleged that containers of the expired products, some up to 11 years old, had been found in Mousalli’s residence.

Pulse reached out to the owners of the restaurant to confirm the allegations but no response was received.

The family however issued a statement later saying that they were cooperating with the relevant authorities.
