The Nigerian Senate is currently screening former Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola based on his ministerial nomination by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Senate screens Fashola
Fashola was named as one Buhari’s nominees in a list submitted to the Senate on September 30, 2015.

The former governor has been asked by Senate President, Bukola Saraki to introduce himself to the legislators.
He will also be questioned by other Senators after which he will asked to take a bow and leave the stand.
The Senate is expected to screen 9 other nominees today, October 14. 10 of Buhari's nominees were screened yesterday.
