8 ways you're causing your own 'break out'

Breakouts happen when a build up of oil and dead skin clog the hair follicles which should be cleansed daily.

From not cleansing the face well (try deep cleansing as against general washing, unclogging the pores) not using the right types of product/ one that works for your skin to generally not carefully catering to the area.

It's simple, the skin is always prone to breakouts especially when it's exposed to oil, dust grimes, etc blocking the pores and not allowing the skin to breathe which happens daily from touching your face to the air blowing against your face (sometimes the air/AC blows dust, sand and what nots) which happens as part of 'normal' everyday living but this shouldn't left unattended to at the end of each otherwise you'd end up with a 'flawed' skin.

Breakouts happen when a build up of oil and dead skin clogs the hair follicles making it very important to cleanse and wash the face to get rid of all these impurities DAILY if you want a smoother and clearer skin.

The T-zone (the forehead, nose and chin area) especially which are most prone to breakouts on oily skin should be paid more attention to and this is done by sticking to a daily skincare routine- using products that are not harsh, drying/strip the skin of essential oils and moisture.

Note that having a skincare routine doesn't amount to overwashing which only ends up stripping the skin of its natural moisture!

If you keep breaking out or plagued with acne, then you're probably doing these things and should stop:
