Ex-One Direction star wins Asian Awards

Former One Direction star, Zayn Malik has won himself an award for an outstanding achievement in the music industry at the Asian Awards.

While accepting his award, Zayn heaped praise on his former band, One Direction, saying it was with them he found his voice.

Zayn accepted the trophy for Outstanding Achievement in Music in London after qualifying for the awards through his Pakistani heritage.
