Halle Berry Appears For Deposition Without Any Legal Rep

Halle Berry has proven not everything needs a lawyer! The top Hollywood actress sat for a deposition in her case against a watch company called ToyWatch after suing them for using her name to sell watches.

According to fresh documents filed in the case, ToyWatch claims Halle is blowing off its request to take her deposition. The watch company claims Berry first told them she would do it in May, but then backed out ... citing her busy work schedule, and a fabulous vacation she'd planned. The X-Men actress has however agreed to sit for the deposition in July, but ToyWatch says that's cutting it too close to the start of trial and would put its lawyers at a disadvantage.Halle is suing for 2 million dollars!
