Aunt loses court case after suing nephew for breaking her wrist during greeting

Pulse.ng reported a story on a woman who shocked the world when she dragged her now, 12-year-old nephew to court for breaking her wrist when he ran to hug her 4 years earlier.

Jennifer Connell claimed, Sean Tarala, should be held accountable for his behaviour after he jumped into her arms for a cuddle at his eighth birthday party.

A jury took just 25 minutes to decide the 54-year-old didn't deserve a single penny and threw the case out of court.

Speaking about the youngster outside court, one female juror told the Daily News:

“We just couldn't find him, you know, liable for what happened."
