Tubaba as he is fondly called by his fans has done a new and wonderful thing. We hear that the award winning and babies producing singer and a friend saved the life of a policeman who was shot and left wounded by the road side.

Matthew Ohio, who rode alongside Tuface in the artiste's Range Rover, left the Nu-Grottonight club in Victoria Island around 3 a.m enroute Southern Sun Hotel in Ikoyi, when they came across a man lying down by the roadside in Muri Okunola Street .

Ohio, the executive producer of Industry Nite - the weekly event held at the Oriental Hotel in Lagos, told Nigerian Entertainment Today that they decided to stop and find out what was wrong with the victim, only to realize he was a policeman who had been wounded badly from gun shots. ‘He kept saying we should help him; he looked like he was in a lot of pains’ said Ohio.

They then carried the wounded officer into their car and rushed him to the Reddington Hospital located at 12 Idowu Martins Street, Victoria Island to receive treatment. Gist gathered that if not for the presence of Tuface at the hospital, the officer would not have been attended to, as Tuface stood as a guarantor to the victim. Coincidentally, Tuface was also rushed to the same hospital back in October 2007 when he was shot by robbers. ‘I have a card here too o’, Tuface was said to have told the hospital staff.

Now we know there are many sides of this talented multi-award artiste. He did a kind and brave thing, because only a very few people will stop to attend to anybody on the road in Lagos, especially at night.  May God bless and reward you guys just as we wish the wounded officer a speedy recovery.

We hope the police have taken note of this event o! (Enough said)
