The incident was confirmed by the spokesperson for the Edo State Police Command, who mentioned that the body of the deceased has been deposited at the mortuary for a post-mortem.

This incident follows a series of occurrences where some people took their lives, leaving family and relatives in deep sorrow.

The incident happened in Kabayi, Maraba near Abuja, the Daily Post reported.
