Nigeria is where I live, it is such a vast expanse of land, there are several indegenous communities along this rout that I have never seen and there is so much potential to tell stories:

Nigeria is indeed such a special place.

I am on a quest to explore and tell stories on the present social, political, economic and climate changes exploring the diverisities, a geographical zone at a time.

The essence of the trip is to research and tell such stories to inform the world and therefore finding better ways to Protect people, the planet and making our world a better place.

Circumstances could make one decide whether or not to trip around,  for me, I would say my mind was in a period of adventurous distress and the burning need for everything anew, so circumstances couldn't get in my way.

So the journey began infinitely across this giant  nation.

Ogun State.

The aim of the first exploration is to see Ogun state as evidently the major praying ground in Nigeria.

As fragile and sensitive as the topic might be I find it thrilling with my curiosity high and I am willing to go far, explore, discover and find answers with caution.

Several religious Organisations have found comfort in this part of the country building what could be termed as a city of prayers and worship.

These religious organisations such as Christianity, The Celestial Church (Imeko), African Traditional  worshipers with several others also in Osun state. The Islamic Bilikisu Sugbon and biblical Queen of Shebba popularly was rumoured to have died in this part of Nigeria.

In addition,  the first church in Nigeria (the Cathedral Church) and also the first bible in the whole of the country, landed in this part of the country.

Could there be a spiritual reason behind their choice of location?

Why are they there?  Where are they?

Could Ogun State be regarded as the spiritual headquarter of Nigeria?

How has it benefited the state? Do the people of Ogun state think they have advantage over the remaining 35 states in Nigeria because of the historical religious trademark in their state?

I want to get answers to these questions

Exploring the multi religious existentiality in Ogun state and how it is shaping the lives of its 3 million population.

How has the existence of multi religion influenced and helped in shaping the lives of people in this little part of the world?

Islam, christianity, Traditional worship.

How has living in one state, literally one roof affected positively or negatively the peoples reactions to the earth and well being of the people of the state.

Any religious clashes?  How do the people interact with  people of other religion?

Going as far as the smaller branches of churches within the states meeting with pastors, dieties and imam for a chat, while also interacting with locals learning and experiencing their culture and ways of life , I'm optimistic.
