Watch A Child Step On A Screaming Baby Like A Chair

A video showing a toddler standing on the back of a screaming infant lying on the floor, so that he can reach the sink has gone viral online, steering up angry reactions from parents across the world.

It's likely that the person filming the scene is either stupid or insane but then questions of 'WHO' bothers many. Is it the parents or a babysitter?

From the look of the toddler, seems he was asked to step on the baby by someone older and he was just following orders.

This maybe crazy but we put it up so that somewhere, the police in charge could get those parents and deal with them squarely.

But what do you guys think should be done to that parent or babysitter? Because either way, this is just crazy!
