Woman, 18, attempts suicide after boyfriend ends relationship

An 18-year-old woman who is unnamed has been hospitalised after she tried to kill herself by drinking Sniper, a very toxic insecticide after her boyfriend broke up with her.

The incident, which was made know by popular activist, Aisha Yesufu on her Twitter account, revealed that the heart of the woman, who is also a housemaid, has been seriously affected by the toxic substance.

The supposed boyfriend was summoned to console her while she was in the hospital.
