Taylor Swift Sued For Using Her Lucky Number 13

Grammy winner Taylor Swift has been served with a lawsuit from Orange County-based Apparel Company known as Lucky 13.

The company is accusing Taylor of trademark infringement due to her use of the number 13 – which is also her lucky number – in various capacities, according to E! News.

The suit was dished out the day before, Taylorwowed in a cute red dress while heading to work out at her local gym in the Big Apple on Tuesday May 20.
