Well sources say their lawyer (to both parties) is looking for an easy and amicable resolution to the crisis.  He has however advised both parties to sign over their stakes in their two major companies, and , so they could both move on.

He states;

Now what remains is for both parties to accept this option. And looking at it, one can say it is not such a bad either, since Don Jazzy is more production inclined and D’banj, business inclined.
