Well, the upcoming act <strong>May D</strong>, doesn't seem to be taking the news of the breakup very well. According to him, the terms of their break up was illegal as he heard about it on blogs and sites. In other words, he was not informed of the premature termination of his appointment before it hit the news stands. The break up which took place a few weeks ago was heavily publicized on blogs but the reason for the break up is shady at best. It ws chucked up to 'irreconcilable difference...

However, one has to question the smartness of this move; the Okoye brothers (P Square) have managed to build themselves a magnate financially and fan-base wise. They have the resources to follow through on this lawsuit, should it see the light of day. May D, though talented, is a fish out of water in this case. He has limited resources as his songs are officially the property of Square Records to whom he was formerly signed. Will he be able to start this unequal battle? Is this a wise move on behalf of the crooner?
