Celebrities tend to do things a little differently from the rest of us mere mortals, and apparently, Jennifer Lopez is no exception. In a new interview with Variety , J.Lo (who also graces the magazine's cover) just dropped some super interesting knowledge about her regular schedule.

Sometimes, the Hustlers actress has to get up early for work (because movie star life). But, when she can make her schedule whatever she wants, J.Lo prefers to stay up late. Like, really, really late. Apparently, J.Lo prefers to stay up until 4 or 5 a.m., and then sleep in until 10, 11, or noon. Thats a better schedule for me, J.Lo told Variety, which reported meeting the mogul at her place at 2 p.m.

Unfortunately, J.Lo didnt share what shes doing while everyone else is fast asleep. Thinking up cool new dance routines? Rocking out to her own music? Not eating any carbs or sugar? The possibilities are endless.

I was terrified," Jennifer said. "I felt exposed. I was like, Ive never done anything like this. Im going to be up there in fing dental floss. What is this? Who is this person? And then you get up there, and you have to have a f you, empowered attitude. You have to take your power back. You have to be so bold."

"Its almost like when you say youre a rock star, you have to be arrogant to go up there in front of all those people or you crumble," she continued. "You realize its the same type of balls that it takes to do something like that. And these women have that. They are tough, hard, vulnerable, and damaged. Its a great character to play."
