L.A schools dismissed till further notice over bomb terror threat

According to the reports, the threats were made via electronic message and had been directed to 'students at many schools'.

News reports have revealed that all the schools within the state of Los Angeles, USA, have been closed down with immediate effect till further notice, following bomb terror threats that had been made today, Tuesday, December 15.

600,000 students were reportedly sent home after the electronic threat was sent to many schools within the district.

The LA Unified School District police, Chief Steven Zipperman, speaking on the bomb threats, said that the threat was still being evaluated and that schools would remain closed until the threat was cleared.

The hope was that the threats would be resolved to some extent by the end of today.
